JP Morgan has initiated coverage on Oberoi Realty OEBO.BO with an 'overweight' rating and a price target of 320 rupees. The company is cash rich and has healthy operating cash flows, JP Moragn said in a note released on Wednesday. It is well positioned in Mumbai's high-end residential and commercial real estate, the brokerage added.
